Online course for anxiety

A self-paced way to calm anxiety at a nervous-system level

This online course for anxiety is designed for people who experience anxiety in the body — tightness, panic, hyper-alertness, or a sense of being constantly on edge — and who haven’t found lasting relief through insight or talking approaches alone.

The course brings together hypnosis and mindfulness techniques to help calm the nervous system and gently change the physical experience of anxiety, rather than trying to think it away.

This is a self-guided option for those who would like to work at their own pace, in their own time.

Who this course is for

This course may be helpful if:

  • Anxiety feels physical rather than just mental

  • You notice panic, tension, or a constant sense of alertness

  • You’ve tried understanding anxiety, but your body still reacts

  • You want tools you can return to again and again

  • One-to-one work isn’t accessible right now, or you’d prefer a self-paced option

You don’t need prior experience of hypnosis or mindfulness to take part.

The approach

The course is grounded in the same principles I use in my one-to-one work.

It combines:

  • Hypnosis to work with subconscious patterns and automatic responses

  • Mindfulness to support awareness, regulation, and safety

Rather than pushing symptoms away, the focus is on helping the nervous system feel safer and less reactive, so anxiety can begin to soften naturally.

This is not a thought-based programme and does not rely on positive thinking or willpower.

How the course will work

The course will be delivered online and accessed in your own time.

It will include:

  • Guided hypnosis recordings

  • Mindfulness-based practices

  • Simple explanations of how anxiety works in the body

  • Tools you can return to whenever anxiety is triggered

You’ll be able to move through the material at your own pace, with no pressure to complete anything within a set timeframe.

How this differs from one-to-one work

This course offers a self-guided alternative to individual sessions.

Some people choose the course because:

  • They prefer to work privately

  • They want ongoing support they can revisit

  • They’re not ready for one-to-one work

  • They want a more affordable option

Others use the course alongside individual sessions.

A note on expectations

Results vary from person to person. This course is designed to support nervous-system regulation and awareness, but it isn’t a quick fix and doesn’t replace medical or mental health care where needed. Meaningful change depends on individual circumstances and engagement with the process.
