I offer online one-to-one hypnotherapy sessions for people who experience anxiety, trauma responses, panic, phobias, and related difficulties.

Online work allows us to work together in a calm, focused way, while you remain in a familiar and comfortable environment. Many people find this especially supportive when anxiety is experienced physically, or when leaving home feels difficult.

How online hypnotherapy works

Online hypnotherapy sessions take place via a secure video platform and last around an hour.

The process is very similar to meeting in person. We begin by talking through what you’re noticing — in your body, emotions, or patterns — and what you’d like support with. We then work gently and collaboratively, using hypnotherapy and mindfulness to support regulation and change at a nervous-system level.

You remain fully aware and in control throughout the session.

My work combines clinical hypnotherapy and mindfulness, informed by trauma-aware practice.

Rather than trying to “fix” symptoms or think them away, we work with the body’s automatic responses — helping the nervous system settle so that change can happen more naturally.

Sessions are paced carefully and always guided by what feels safe and manageable for you.

What you’ll need for online sessions

To take part in online hypnotherapy, you’ll need:

  • a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed

  • a stable internet connection

  • headphones (recommended)

I’ll guide you through everything you need to know before we begin.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies from person to person.

Some people notice shifts in a small number of sessions, while others prefer to work more gradually. There’s no obligation to commit to a set number of sessions, and we review things together as we go.

Is online hypnotherapy as effective as in-person work?

For many people, yes.

Online hypnotherapy can be just as effective as meeting face to face, and sometimes more so — particularly when working with anxiety, panic, or trauma responses. Being in your own environment can help the nervous system feel safer and more settled.
