Kate offers mindfulness classes and retreats. Once you have completed a course of hypnotherapy mindfulness is a great way to ensure that you won't need it again! It is a resource for life and Kate teaches it with this in mind.
Kate trained with the British Mindfulness Institute and Dr Patrizia Collard (author of Mindfulness for Dummies). She teaches the 8 week Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Course.
