Please come and join me for a retreat day at the beautiful Cowdray Estate in Midhurst. The day will mostly be held in silence as an opportunity to “disconnect” and digitally detox for the day! There will however be plenty of opportunities to chat over coffee and lunch. There will be a number of guided meditations including mindful walking in the grounds and on the Cowdray Estate. Teas and coffees and light snacks will be provided but please bring a packed lunch for a picnic - weather pending! There will be a gentle “yin” yoga practice to complete the day guided by Ursula.
This 8 week online course is in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). This course is particularly geared towards those experiencing a degree of depression or anxiety but will benefit anyone that would like to find some space in their busy lives. The MBCT course is based on a very well researched format and is widely recognised and endorsed by organisations like the British Mindfulness Institute and the UK Mindfulness Network.
