This hypnosis session has been designed to help you replace those addictive carbohydrates with a more balanced diet.

It's easy to get into the habit of eating a diet high in carbs. Whether its pizza, pasta, bread, crisps, biscuits (or all of the above!) we can start to crave the fast fix these foods give us. Research published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition* shows that once we’ve eaten these fast-digesting carbohydrates parts of the brain associated with pleasure, reward and addiction are stimulated. Before we know it we start craving that next hit. In fact, some studies suggest that carbohydrates can be more addictive than cocaine!

The good news is that hypnosis is an incredibly effective way to overcome addictions. It works because addictions and habits are essentially patterns of behaviour controlled by our unconscious mind. Hypnosis directly communicates with this part of the mind. When we are in a deeply relaxed hypnotic state we can replace the addictive urge for carbs with a desire to eat healthier alternatives. Hypnosis addresses the underlying cause of why and when we eat so that it becomes instinctive to eat healthy.

Ideally, at first listen to the hypnosis on a daily basis until the cravings reduce. Then reduce it to once a week to reinforce your healthy new lifestyle.
